單軸拉伸過程,聚氨酯密封膠粘性力和彈性力共同完成材料的粘彈性變形。隨著拉伸長度的增大,彈性力線性化的增長,而聚氨酯密封膠粘性力則出現先增大后減小的非線性化狀態。單軸循環加載過程,試件的變形程度直接影響聚氨酯密封膠粘性力的消耗,而彈性力的松弛現象受循環加載圈數和加載歷史的制約。
試件在恒定的應變加載速率下,表現出明顯的溫度依賴性。隨著試件環境溫度的增加,試件的彈性模量、拉伸強度及其對應的應變隨之下降。同時,溫度在一定程度上影響了材料的率相關性和率無關性。試件在室溫下,表現出明顯的應變加載速率依賴性;而在較高溫度下,應變加載速率依賴性不明顯。
吸濕試驗結果表明,吸濕溫度和吸濕時間都會影響試件的吸濕度。試件在恒定的應變加載速率下,表現出明顯的吸濕度依賴性。隨著試件吸濕溫度和吸濕時間的增加,材料吸濕度也增加,試件的彈性模量、拉伸強度在隨之下降,拉伸強度對應的應變隨之增加。吸濕度在一定程度上也會影響材料的率相關性和率無關性。在吸濕度為0%時,此材料表現出明顯的應變加載速率相關性;在吸濕度為2.68%一2.73%左右的狀態下,應變加載速率相關性不明顯。
平均應變分步減小的循環控制試驗,聚氨酯密封膠粘性力只會在第一個加載階段的第一次循環載荷內作用。進入下個階段的拉伸后,彈性力幾乎沒有應力松弛現象。隨著循環拉伸的推進,材料的原始長度得到了延長。溫度的升高,使試件的循環強度減弱,更容易斷裂。平均應變分步增大的循環控制試驗,聚氨酯密封膠粘性力會在每一個加載階段的第一次循環載荷內作用。進入下個階段的拉伸后,彈性力還會出現應力松弛現象。材料的斷裂階段,應力變化較明顯。平均應變分步增大的循環加載試驗比平均應變分步減小的循環加載試驗更容易引起試件內部結構的破壞,加速試件的斷裂。加載歷史對試驗進程有顯著的影響。www.www.lustload.com
