針對HP-172B硅烷改性丁基防水嵌縫膠,進行不同溫度下平均應變分步減小和平均應變分步增大的循環載荷試驗。探究循環加載歷史對丁基防水嵌縫膠材料力學性能的影響。借助Kelvin模型唯象的力學描述,分析了HP-172B硅烷改性聚氨酷丁基防水嵌縫膠在第一圈循環加載過程中,丁基防水嵌縫膠材料粘性力、彈性力和總應力隨拉伸長度的變化情況。提出了一種新的現象學非線性的粘彈性本構模型,該模型慮及溫度、吸濕度和應變率等因素的影響,并對拉伸試驗結果進行了很好的力學性能描述。目前在硅烷改性聚氨酷丁基防水嵌縫膠溫度、吸濕度、應變率和循環載荷影響下的力學性能研究中,提高材料的拉伸強度、循環強度和使用安全可靠性是研究的重點。本文針對該丁基防水嵌縫膠進行了一系列的試驗和理論研究。除了本文的研究內容外,考慮到耐候丁基防水嵌縫膠在實際的工程應用當中,還會受到很多未知因素的影響,模型的預測也需要根據試驗結果進行不斷的調整和優化。針對本文研究的不足,現提出如下展望。www.www.lustload.com
