通過對氯磺化聚乙烯添加不同含量的硅烷使其改性，并對其性能進行研究，在低溫和室溫條件下改性后氯磺化聚乙烯性能較改性前有所提升;但該聚氨酯密封膠并不適合使用在溫度較高的地區。以水性聚苯丙乳液為基料制備聚氨酯聚氨酯密封膠，并對其耐老化、防水性能進行了研究，結果發現聚氨酯密封膠在耐老化、抗菌、防塵等方面具有較強優勢;但其防水、粘合性方面性能并不突出�；谏鲜鰡栴}，本文提出裝配式建筑墻體修復接縫防水聚氨酯密封膠性能研究，制備了雙組分聚氨酯密封膠、改性聚氨酯密封膠，通過設定適合的催化劑、觸變劑含量提升聚氨酯密封膠性能，以滿足裝配式建筑墻體修復接縫防水需求。
雙組分聚氨酯密封膠的制備雙組分聚氨酯密封膠的材料主劑、固化劑配比如表1、表2所示。雙組分聚氨酯密封膠制備主劑所需材料按表1的材料配比進行配備，備好后填人到雙行星攪拌釜中慢慢攪拌均勻，攪拌過程大約需12 min，并在常溫、常壓下完成川;經加熱，在真空狀態下以高速對其攪拌大約70 min;經真空脫泡12 min后，即可包裝。
雙組分聚氨酯密封膠的材料固化劑所需材料按表2的材料配比進行配備，然后將其置于雙行星拌釜內，于常溫狀態慢慢攪拌，40 min左右后即可包裝好待用。www.www.lustload.com
