裝配式建筑墻體修補接縫雙組分MS密封膠，按10: 1的質量比，將第1組分和第2組分混合，充分攪拌均勻，然后進行配制。該MS密封膠的制備是遵循JC/T8812017標準完成。制備聚氨醋改性MS密封膠有機硅改性制備的MS密封膠具有強度大、剛性好的特點，將其用于裝配式建筑外墻修復接縫，可有效提升其防水性能，因此，選擇聚氨醋作為一種新型的粘結劑，用于建筑工程的外墻修補，其生產原料如表3所不。
將表3中的前3項材料與適量的蒸餾水混合，放置于溫度72℃的回流裝置中，持續對其攪拌，經4. 5 h的回流反應全部材料混合均勻，繼續加熱，將溫度升至90℃，回流反應產生新的醇類物質，該物質沉人裝置底部并揮發，當溫度加熱到115-120℃時經預熟化后，可獲得有機硅聚合物。再將其與表3中后3種材料混合，將其加熱至130℃以上，但不超過160℃，繼續進行2. 5一4. 5 h的置換反應后，生成預聚體，通過脫醇處理后二即可獲得聚氨酉旨預聚體。
以聚氨醋預聚體作為基礎原料制備聚氨酚改性MS密封膠，其原料配比如表4所不。將納米碳酸鈣作干燥處理，千燥溫度125℃，干燥時間Sh。在雙行星攪拌機中添加表4中的原料并進行攪拌，攪拌操作需在真空下完成，攪拌均勻后作包裝處理。www.www.lustload.com
