測試溫度設定為(23士1)℃，環境濕度設定為(49士2)℃，準備2塊干凈的玻璃板，各取適量雙組分MS硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，分別涂抹在玻璃板上，涂抹2.5mm后靜置。表干時間的確定標準是硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠表面不粘手即可3-14，可通過每間隔5min測試1次的方法確定其是否粘手。取4塊基材，表面清潔干凈，其中2塊作打底涂、2塊作無底涂處理，將防粘膠帶粘在基材一端，分別將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠涂在基材上，固化后測試其粘接性,;由于連綿雨季常導致裝配式建筑墻體接縫長時間受雨水浸泡m-x,，因此設計浸水試驗對浸泡后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘接性進行測試。分別將上述4種情況下的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠放人水中浸泡，測試浸泡5,30,50d的粘接性能。設定以下3種老化條件，分別為:
(1)熱老化:對熱老化箱進行溫度設定，溫度設計為75℃，并在鼓風條件下進行熱老化試驗;
(2)紫外老化:應用紫外老化箱進行試驗，溫度設定為42℃;
(3)自然老化:試件直接放在白然環境中即可根據上述3種老化條件，將2種不同的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在老化狀態下，進行400,800,1200和1600h的老化試驗。
將雙組分MS硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試件、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試件分別置于鼓風干燥箱內作干燥處理9-zo，溫度設定為68℃,4.5h后將其置于干燥器內冷卻，待其冷卻到室溫后再將其拿出來。將試件剪下0.35g置于放有溶齊J的量筒內進行溶脹試驗。www.www.lustload.com
