聚氨酯密封膠的粘接性能直接關系到建筑的防水、防風以及保溫效果。為保證不同工況下選出更為合適的建筑用聚氨酯密封膠類型，測試建筑施工聚氨酯密封膠長周期粘接性能是十分必要的。試驗選擇聚硫聚氨酯密封膠、硅酮聚氨酯密封膠以及聚氨醋聚氨酯密封膠3種作為測試對象，粘接光滑和粗糙2種不同的基體制作試件，將試件放在低濕和高濕2種環境下，通過微控電子拉力機測試聚氨酯密封膠的粘接參數，并計算粘接強度和破壞面積比。結果表明，在低濕環境下，對于粗糙基體，硅酮聚氨酯密封膠的粘接性最佳;對于光滑基體，聚氨醋聚氨酯密封膠的粘接性最佳。在高濕環境下，對于粗糙基體，聚硫聚氨酯密封膠的粘接性最佳;對于光滑基體，硅酮聚氨酯密封膠的粘接性最佳。
