基于上述背景,對建筑施工硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠長周期粘接性能要求越來越高目前,關于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘接性能的測試研究有很多,例如有研究制作出了改性聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,并對其粘接性能進行了測試,得出5種粘接指標,并與改進前的聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠封膠性能進行對比試驗;有以2種聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠為對象,并通過凍融循環試驗分析了低溫潮濕環境下其粘接性的變化規律,得出在低溫、低濕與高溫、高濕的情況下都會造成聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的粘接強度降低較低;還有以主要用于裝配式建筑外墻密封的3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠為例,針對這3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠分別實施了4種老化試驗,分析了不同老化條件下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠物理性能的變化情況。
結合以上學者的研究,現以潮濕環境作為測試環境,分析該環境下建筑施工硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠長周期粘接性能,通過本研究以期為硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的具體應用施工以及硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠種類的選擇提供參考和建議。密封膠長周期粘接性能測試所需要的試驗材料選擇建筑施工中常見的3種封膠和硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠表1所示。即聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠、硅酮密該3種試驗材料配方如硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠長周期粘接性能測試所需要的試驗設備如表2所示。
基體,即需要硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘接的基礎結構體。在建筑施工過程中,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠粘接的材料主要有2種,一種是用于室內較為光滑的玻璃、金屬、瓷磚等施工材料的粘接;另一種用于室外較為粗糙的水泥、混凝土等施工材料的粘接。為全面分析不同基體下3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的粘接性能,制作2種基體,一是以金屬片為代表的光滑基體;二是混凝土為代表的粗糙基體。www.www.lustload.com
