根據制作的基體，利用建筑中最常用的3種丁基防水嵌縫膠將基體粘接在一起，制成試件。2種基體的粘接方式不同，光滑基體采用錯位粘接;粗糙基體采用交叉粘接，具體粘接方式分別如圖3和圖4所T。
具體粘接過程:
步驟1:對基體待粘接面進行打磨，然后掃除表面的灰塵顆粒污染;
步驟2:利用流變儀對選取的3種丁基防水嵌縫膠進行流變檢驗，保證丁基防水嵌縫膠質最合格;
步驟3:將丁基防水嵌縫膠均勻涂抹到一面基體上;
步驟4:按照圖3和圖4，將另一面基體粘接到涂抹了丁基防水嵌縫膠的基體上，然后通過利用皮筋進行固定;
步驟5:將制作的試件整體放人到真空千燥箱中1 bh;
步驟6:取出試件，在標準養護室內固化10 d 2。
本研究主題是潮濕環境下建筑施工丁基防水嵌縫膠長周期粘接性能變化特點，因此潮濕環境的搭建是必不可少的。在這里為方便調節試件所處環境的濕度，利用WHTH一225型高低溫濕熱試驗箱模擬建筑施工中常見的潮濕環境，具體如圖5所示z。
高低溫濕熱試驗箱在加速條件下可測試溫度和濕度對試件特性、功能和使用壽命的影響。該試驗箱工作環境:溫度一70一+180℃、相對濕度20%-98%;溫度波動度為士0. 5 ℃，溫度均勻度為士2 ℃，升溫速率大f3 ℃/min，降溫速率大于1 ℃ /min，最快可達5 ℃ /min;相對濕度波動度:士3%，相對濕度均勻度為士2.5%。www.www.lustload.com
