紅外光譜(FT-IR)采用Bruke:公司Tensor27型傅立葉紅外光譜儀測定;MS密封膠表干時間按GB/T16777-2008中第12.2.1條B法進行試驗;MS密封膠拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率按GB/T2567-2008的方法進行試驗，采用WDW3020型微控電子萬能試驗機，啞鈴型拉伸樣條的有效拉伸長度為25mm，寬度為4mm,厚度為2mm，拉伸速率為200mm/min，實驗結果為5次平行測試的平均值;拉伸模量按GB/T13477.8-2017的方法進行試驗，以60%伸長率時的強度表示，無說明時為23℃下的拉伸模量;MS密封膠彈性恢復率、定伸粘結性和質量損失率按GB/T13477-2017的方法進行試驗;MS密封膠內部形貌:整齊切斷MS密封膠，用60倍放大鏡連接手機對橫截面拍照觀察。
由于MS密封膠的原料種類相同，僅配比不同，因此它們具有相似的分子結構，以A3,A4,AS,A6為代表進行紅外測試，結果由圖2可見，所有MS密封膠的FT-IR譜都很類似，在3445cm附近沒有經基對應的寬峰，表明聚醚多元醇和TDI反應完全。在2972cm和2870cm處為C-H的反對稱伸縮振動吸收峰。在3309cm和1537cm處分別對應于H-NC00的伸縮、彎曲振動，1726cm處為淡基的特征峰，表明生成了氨基甲酸醋結構。在2274cm處為異氰酸醋基團的特征吸收峰。在1107cm處的強吸收峰為聚醚多元醇C-O-C的伸縮振動峰。在1600cm和1450cm處為TDI苯環上Ar-H的伸縮振動峰。以上分析表明MS密封膠制備成功。www.www.lustload.com
