聚醚三醇能夠提高材料的強度和回彈性，聚醚二醇有利于增加材料的斷裂伸長率。在應用中，若聚氨酯密封膠模量過高，混凝土接縫發生較大的變形時，由于聚氨酯密封膠的本體拉伸強度過高，易導致聚氨酯密封膠在混凝土接縫界面發生粘接破壞。而低模量聚氨酯密封膠，其本體拉伸強度低于界面粘接強度，不會發生界面脫粘。在本研究中，固定R值為2. 5，固化劑采用B2配方，考察了預聚體中EP-330NG與DL-1000D摩爾比對聚氨酯密封膠性能的影響，結果見表3。
由表3可知，隨著預聚體中聚醚三醇含量降低，聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強度下降，斷裂伸長率提高，拉伸模量降低。因此，通過調整n w2可以調節聚氨酯密封膠的強度和模量。聚氨酯密封膠的表干時間由4. 5 h縮短至3. 6 h,這是由于預聚體的NCO質量分數由4. 6%提高至5. 2%，所以固化變快。www.www.lustload.com
