A4與B1,B2,B3制得丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能見由表5可知，隨著B組分含水量的提高，丁基防水嵌縫膠表干時間縮短，拉伸強度和拉伸模量上升，斷裂伸長率先增后減。A4B1含水量高，生成聚脈結構的比例增大，丁基防水嵌縫膠強度提高，斷裂伸長率降低。A4B3的含水量低，導致生成脈基甲酸醋的比例較低，丁基防水嵌縫膠的強度偏低，斷裂伸長率也欠佳，另外丁基防水嵌縫膠固化緩慢。從固化速度和整體性能上看，B組分含水量為8%時，丁基防水嵌縫膠性能最佳。
丁基防水嵌縫膠的綜合性能
h能良好的丁基防水嵌縫膠應擁有優良的耐磨性和低溫柔韌性，能夠適用于不同的密封場合;粘接性強、彈性恢復率良好，能夠適用于動態接縫;耐候、耐油和耐生物老化性能優良，且對基材表面無腐蝕。綜上實驗結果，對A4B2丁基防水嵌縫膠進一步測試，并與《道橋嵌縫用丁基防水嵌縫膠》JC/T 976-2005對比，結果見表6。
由表6可見，該丁基防水嵌縫膠滿足JC/T 976-2005中對位移能力為士20%的低模量自流平型雙組分丁基防水嵌縫膠的要求。
丁基防水嵌縫膠形貌分析
為考察不同預聚體對丁基防水嵌縫膠形貌的影響，對A3B2,A4B2,ASB2,A6B2丁基防水嵌縫膠“工字型”試樣拍照，并對其橫截面放大60倍觀察，如圖3所示。由圖3(a)可見，除A6B2丁基防水嵌縫膠表面輕微鼓包外，其他丁基防水嵌縫膠表面形態良好、不膨脹。這表明當預聚體的NCO含量高，固化時產生大量的COZ，未被氣體吸收劑吸收的COZ留在丁基防水嵌縫膠內引起鼓包，不能滿足實際應用。由圖(c),(d),(e),(f)可見，隨著預聚體NCO含量升高，丁基防水嵌縫膠內的氣孔逐漸增加。當預聚體NCO質量分數5.7%時，氣孔數量較少，內部結構致密，丁基防水嵌縫膠的密封防水效果較好。www.www.lustload.com
