1)龍骨副框安裝時螺釘需蘸膠攻絲;主、副框的連接處的MS密封膠應均勻、光滑、飽滿。
2)單元框架組裝前，型材斷面必須清洗干凈;單元料撞角前，組角角塊表面及型材空腔內均涂滿組角膠，方可進行撞角;中挺各橫梁組裝前，型材端面需涂一定厚度的MS密封膠，且螺釘需蘸膠攻絲;工藝孔用橡膠塞子或丁基膠帶進行封堵;其他一些需打膠密封的進行打膠密封(比如單元下橫梁與兩邊主梁交接位置);單元轉接支座安裝時螺栓端頭打膠密封，轉接件四周密封密實;確保排水構造孔的通暢。
3)內皮背板安裝時外層板四周的MS密封膠膠條或MS密封膠應連續、密實，背板后的保溫棉應填堵密實;內皮平開門內的MS密封膠膠條交圈應可靠連接;外皮玻璃面板安裝時每個板塊分格的MS密封膠膠條不能間斷，四周應交圈。
4)電動百葉及通風檢修格柵安裝時鋁角與單元主梁連接端面涂防水膠，且螺栓兩端頭必須用MS密封膠封頭。
5)MS密封膠膠條長度必須達到設計要求，安裝時應拉直，理順，且不能出現少穿、漏穿、MS密封膠膠條過短的情況;穿單元MS密封膠膠條前必須保證型材表面沒有毛刺或其他尖銳雜物，防止刺破MS密封膠膠條，刺破的MS密封膠膠條段禁止使用;EPDM MS密封膠膠條交圈處采用烙連或專用的EPDM膠水進行粘結。www.www.lustload.com
